1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by bipluk ("we", "our", or "us") via our website, dashboard, or Web MIDI utilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2. Plans, Billing & Refunds
bipluk+ Lifetime ($99 one-time): Full lifetime access for saving soundbanks, preset decoding, and SysEx exports. One payment, yours forever.
Commercial / B2B: Repair shops, multi-location studios, and site-wide deployments can include white-labeling, multi-site licensing, and dedicated onboarding under a separate written agreement. Contact support@bipluk.com.
All listed plans are one-time lifetime payments. There are no recurring fees or automatic renewals.
Refund Policy: All lifetime purchases are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. No partial refunds or returns will be issued.
Shop Purchases & Digital Preset Licensing: All preset soundbanks and SysEx files purchased via our shop ($9.00 USD each or as listed) are delivered digitally immediately upon checkout confirmation via Stripe. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads and binary SysEx files, all shop sales are strictly non-refundable. Each soundbank purchase grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the patches and sounds in your personal and commercial musical compositions, recordings, broadcasts, and live performances without paying additional royalties. You may NOT resell, sub-license, distribute, repackage, or share the raw .syx, .mid, or preset files in whole or in part as standalone sound libraries, sample packs, or commercial SysEx archives.
3. Hardware & SysEx Disclaimer (As-Is Clause)
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
bipluk uses the browser-native Web MIDI API to transmit System Exclusive (SysEx) data directly to and from physical synthesizer hardware. You acknowledge that vintage synthesizer hardware (specifically devices built in the 1980s and 1990s) operates on legacy firmware and older hardware architectures.
No Warranty: ALL PLATFORM SERVICES, TOOLS, SIMULATORS, AND HARDWARE TRANSFER UTILITIES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. We make no warranty that hardware communication will be error-free or that older synthesizer CPUs will not crash or experience buffer overflows. We disclaim all liability for physical device failures, memory card/RAM corruption, factory reset loss, battery depletion, or physical damage to your hardware synths or MIDI interfaces arising from using our platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your physical devices are backed up before initiating transfers.
4. User Accounts and MIDI Files
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You retain ownership of all SysEx files and preset banks uploaded to the platform. By uploading files, you grant bipluk a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, parse, index, and generate Web Audio simulations of these files solely to render the services to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall bipluk, Half Radiation LLC, its members, officers, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or hardware functionality, resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Half Radiation LLC arising out of or related to your use of bipluk exceed the total amount paid by you to Half Radiation LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100.00 USD, whichever is greater.
6. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Class Action Waiver
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Mandatory Individual Arbitration: Any legal controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or any transaction shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered in the State of New Mexico, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND HALF RADIATION LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

bipluk is owned and operated by Half Radiation LLC, an independent studio organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, specializing in web-native MIDI solutions and cloud libraries for legacy hardware. We are dedicated to keeping vintage synthesizers connected and searchable in the cloud.
